Fraud People they wont refund security deposit of €200!!

Booked a room for two nights on May 28th, upon check-in they asked for 200€ as a refundable security which they’re going to refund after 4 working days of check-out, but now i realized that its a fraud and they’ll do this to almost everyone, its 5 months now and I didn’t received my money back. So please don't make booking from them.

We have had a very bad experience with this hotel - because of a handyman who used our apartment while we were on tour - drank our beer and ate our food - Laid in our bed and watched TV - we contacted the reception and got a explanation - was promised a refund of 30% of the price - in addition we were 6 six people and were promised 3 bedrooms but there were only 2. when we got home the hotel wouldn't refund anyway.

Beware of being charged for non existent 'damage'

Stayed here in March. During the stay, we could not open the door of the washing machine and rang the office for help. They said they would send someone round, but did not. However, on checking out, they decided to hold 50 euro of our deposit for 'damage'. We did not damage anything. We were three middle aged women. We just could not open the door of the washing machine. Perhaps there is some trick to it. There was no manual left. The map giving directions to the apartment was very poor and while the apartment itself was fine, the customer service was dreadful. Once we were home, we asked them to explain why they had held the deposit when presumably by then the cleaner would have been able to confirm we did not break anything, they marked our card as expired so that the booking record showed it as cancelled and we could not leave a review on booking.com They then stopped answering phones. I would never book these apartments again and I will think twice about using booking.com in future as they were no help whatsoever.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 4 nights and we both didn't want to leave. It was clean and well furnished. Wifi was very good. Location was about minutes walk from old town square and there was alot of places to eat very close. There was a shop to get milk ect about 1 minute walk from the apartment. We got the airport transfer through the reception and they were in time and reasonably priced. The apartment had a full kitchen if you wanted to cook, we only made hot drinks as we didn't want to miss out on the traditional Czech food the city had to offer. We have recommended this apartment to a friend. Thank you for a lovely stay in prague.

What you paid for and the picture displayed is not what you get. You have to go to a reception (which is always so busy), wait for 20 minutes to speak to them, then walk another 10 minutes to our apartment which had heavy construction on the ground floor. Have to unlock 3 doors before we got to our apartment which was in the loft on top floor!! We had 3 small sloped ceiling windows which had a view of a wall. If you wanted to complain you would have to find the original reception building again and wait another 20 minutes in the queue. Not what you get in the picture and description. Would choose something else where they dont lie about what you receive.
